I sprayed both the metal and the fabric. I let it set for around 2 to 3 minutes before I put the two together. I did it in three sections one at a time. First the top then each of the sides. Made some wood spacers for both the front and aft bows. Sanded and trimmed the canopy a little more on the aft side. Match drilled the side trim to the side tube on the pilot side.
